I am currently using a S24 FE on Telus and I haven't received the update. Do I need to wait until next week or could I expect it today.

And, exactly why I have repeatedly said, Samsung's Chat Support is more often than not, clueless! 

If you don't mind, I would like to make a post, tagging Helenna, asking her to educate Samsung's Chat Support.. it is inexcusable to make this kind of error.

I had a dream that I actually got One UI 7 and that I was customizing my lock screen and home screen. Too bad it was a dream lol

According to Sammobile, Samsung has posted an apology in Samsung Members Korea. 

They go on to say that the issue (unable to unlock the device), has been resolved and Samsung is resuming the One UI V7.0 update.
