The question here is does it fix the existing bugs in one ui 7?

Will the OS be optimized per device model?

Or is it going to be hot mess that will cause phones to get hot just doing the lightest of tasks?

Don't get me wrong, I am hoping that the issues will be fixed, but the fact that Samsung and affiliated members seem to gloss over or outright deny the existence of these issues is just disappointing.

I think as per recent Google's update policies, the focus is now shifting towards only providing critical updates and addressing the rest via quarterly ones, Samsung surely is trying to play catch up game by doing their best to provide monthly updates, it's just about time when Samsung would play on Google's update policy and switch to addressing critical updates and I think moving away from the regular update schedule. This might be focused towards streamlining timely OS updates which only time would tell. Please correct me if I am wrong as I am always open and welcome constructive feedback.

There is honestly no issue with this release policy, sure it may feel bad to not have the newest features present in a newer android version. But a very stable OS is gold in my book. And I believe these changes may have caused them to rush the release of the one ui 7, again nothing wrong with that nothing is this world is perfect. My only is issue is that they do not publicly acknowledge that one ui 7 has issues, s25 has issues and eveytime a user reports this, they are told oh the phone is still learning your pattern or you need to wipe your phone.

It is so bizarre for tech companies to not admit until something shows up in the news, then it all becomes a cover up. So weird but I'm used to it so much now.

I wonder if one ui 8 fixes the terrible and inconsistent reception/ data I've been having on my S25 ultra

I am sure Samsung collects user feedback and addresses it, I hope no disappointed customers after the new OS iteration.
