my System has been completely taken over as well as my Samsung tablet and android box my s6(which has 1 SIM card spot and no external sd card availabilities) has files that I cannot access for 2nd SIM /apks/widgets/contacts(labels I don't have ei. business)/storage/phone capability(when I can't even make a phone call through my msg app via-wi-fi)but they can through app total commander/I disable, force stop, clear defaults erase data and cache allow no permissions disable auto updates and I wake up next day with them all restored and even more Crap that I didn't put not do I want or have access too even if I did!!!someone help factory reset doesn't help just caused me a headache and 100000 memories since my Samsung app was disabled (not by me) and had to resign up and I didn't have any other backups since like I said no Sd card capabilities!!! please any advice or a point in right direction to getting these losers with nothing better to do then invade my personal life off my devices/ WiFi

Go to recovery mode and hard reset your phone.
Turn your phone hold volume up +home button +power button. Hold until your starts.

You'll see screen updating and than no command wait until you see list of option starting reboot your phone. In those options, select wipe data and internal storage.
When done, reboot your phone and your phone will start as new.

This will factory reset your phone and you will lose all your data if you havnt backup.

thank you for the advice as I have done the hard reset but feel as if it didn't quite work the way it's supposed to it didn't forget all my data as it should have and once and maybe you could tell me but when I got the phone It was android version 6.0 which was marshmallow and then It went to 7 which is nougat but when I did reset shouldn't have gone back to factory settings which was the marshmallow?

No matter what of reset you do, you can never downgrade.

but if my system can not downgrade how come Samsung members didn't automatically upload with newest version? i had to upgrade that again along with browser

I was also wondering if anybody could tell me what my google play store version on my galaxy 6-nougat and also how I would be using mobile data if I don't have a SIM chip inserted
