Phone charging, but no indication it is

My phone is staying at 100%, so I know it's charging, but the indication when you plug it in does not come on, nor is there anyhing in the notification swipe down.

I've switched cables and outlets with no change. Also, gone into battery settings and toggled show charging information on & off.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Which phone & One UI version?

When you say that your phone is staying at 100%, does it drop down when it's not plugged into the charger? 

Have you tried a simple Reboot?

You can try Booting into Recovery and wipe cache.

You can use the Interactive tests on the Samsung Members app to test the USB port to see if there's any issues with it.

You could also backup your phone with smart switch & factory reset.
