We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with mobile data on your device. If you're using a physical SIM with Public Mobile and data is slow or not working when you're outside, please try the following steps:
1. Check Mobile Data Settings:
Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks, and ensure Mobile data is turned ON.
2. Reset Network Settings:
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
This will restore all mobile, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth settings to default (no data loss).
3. Confirm Signal Strength:
When outside, check if you have sufficient signal bars. A weak signal could cause slow or no data connectivity.
4. Test the SIM in Another Device:
If possible, insert your SIM card into another phone to determine if the issue is with the device or the network.
If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to Public Mobile directly, as it could be related to provisioning or a local network issue. They’ll be able to assist you further.

Galaxy SSend them and email with your info and explain your situation. Sometimes they can have a network reset done on their end and it might help. Or they might be able to find the issue better than what this site can offer.
