Galaxy SSorry to hear that you're having this issue, @Melsholden. Does your S21+ 5G charge at home or in other places? I would suggest sending an error report through Samsung Members so that our team can assess your device remotely.
To send an error report: go into Samsung Members > tap on Get help > scroll down to Error Reports > tap OK on the agreement popup for sending system log data > select the issue category > describe the issue and frequency > tick ‘send system log data’ > tap send in the top right.
Please make sure that you keep Samsung Members open after you send the error report, as it takes some time for log data to send through.
Let us know if you need any assistance with this.

Galaxy SAre you serious, please read properly,all the trouble shooting has been done, phone charges at home on 240v plug but not in the car using a car charger plugged into the cigarette lighter socket. The socket has power as the charger turns on and charges other phone and tablet perfectly fine (including my mate iphone) can you please explain why this is. My a13 galaxy is having the same problem, does the phone require a Minimum current eg 2.1amp or ??

Galaxy Sany updates to this problem? I have tried several cords and adapters. Other devices work in the outlet. My phone used to charge here. There was a software update 2 weeks ago. Is that related? I just bought this phone a few months ago!

I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
