Galaxy S1. copy data to your micro SD card. If your computer support micro SD card slot or SD card slot.
2. Open MyFiles app
You can shared folder and transfer file that way.

3. Upload to OneDrive or Google Drive,then login from computer to OneDrive or GoogleDrive,dowload files to your computer
4. If your computer has Bluetooth, you can transfer files between computer and phone by using bluetooth
5. You can use Samsung SmartSwitch from computer. Make a full backup, include SD card. You can find all media files under the backup.

Galaxy S1.Make sure computer has the latest Samsung Mobile USB Driver installed 2. Make sure your data cable is not damaged. 3. Make sure you allowed data access on your phone. 4. Make sure you have Smart switch installed on both of your Samsung device and computer.
