Hi there, i originally had the samsung s22 for about 3 weeks after poor battery not lasting longer than 5 hours I turned in my phone and got the s22 ultra. The problem now is actually worse. I barley squeeze 4 hours of usage in before it dies. On the settings it with 2% battery it should last roughly 22 minutes and a minute later it dies. Anyone else having issues?

Battery backup is really poor, when using wifi or data

You might have unnecessary apps running in the background ; try clearing the cache of all your apps , make sure they're not using your location / data (unless you need them to) , go to settings and do diagnostic tests and clear everything it prompts you , also back up your photos , videos preferably to Google Photo, to make more space on your phone , check settings on your brightness & battery life .... Hopefully this helps .... I've had my S22 Ultra for about 6months now , and I can honestly go a full day without charging it , and I go on social media everyday

4 hours of screen on time or just regular usage? You shouldn't let your battery go that low before charging.

Mine lasts for 2 days at my usage level which is minimal. I agree background apps and sensors kill the battery even on idle. So close all apps regularly and try switching off the sensors especially at night time. There are some good YouTube clips on how to go to the Developer Mode and set up a Sensor widget which can be toggled on/off.

Hi, we suggest you to perform Wipe cache partition.

Below are the steps to perform Wipe cache partition.

1.Turn off the unit.

2.Press and hold the volume up button and press and hold the on/off button. When the Android logo is displayed, release all keys ("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options).

3.Press the volume down key repeatedly to highlight "wipe cache partition".

4.Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power button to select. When the wiping of the cache partition is completed, "Reboot System Now" is highlighted.

5.Press the Power button to reboot the unit.

If it doesn't resolve the battery draining issue, kindly back up and factory reset your device by following the steps in the given links.

Play around in the settings and turn off options you don't use, i know that's not using the phone to it's full potential but I've gained back awesome stand by time just simply disabling 'Find My Mobile'.
