Hi there
All of a sudden my quick sharing apps and contacts disappeared. Usually I have my regular app contacts appear in that box but it doesn't seem to be showing up anymore. Anyone knows why? And how I can fix it. Tried sharing multiple things but still nothing shows up.
It's an s20. Only have had it for a month

You did try a simple Reboot?
Unless you made some other changes - You COULD always try Booting into Recovery & Wipe Cache..
To Boot your S20 into Recovery Mode - Power Off the device - Wait a few seconds - Then Press & HOLD Power +Volume UP until you feel the phone vibrate - Release the Buttons - Wait a second until you see the Recovery Menu & use the Volume button to Scroll down to Wipe Cache - Select it with the Power Button - Wait a few seconds until the Recovery Menu Defaults back to "Reboot Now" & Select with the Power Button - Wait until the device Reboots & Check again.

Did you inadvertently turn off Share?
Settings - Advanced Features - Direct Share.
