Does anyone know if Radioplayer Canada uses up data? Whenever I listen to it on my S9, I always have the wi-fi activated. I have tried to send a note to Radioplayer and have not had any response returned.
Hi jayman1973 , All radio players should have the internet to listen to it from Samsung Canada devices. So you need to have Mobile data or WIFi connected to access the radio app.
if you have a Raspberry PI look into Volumio, though it's not directly what your looking for, it would be a good alternative to having your phone do all the streaming constantly. it does a paid tier but most functionality works fine in free tier :).
