Galaxy S
Just a few days ago, after switching carriers (PayGo)from 1 eSIM to another (more data and RCS support) i noticed my registered fingerprints no longer work on my S23.
Far be it that my prints are a little worn out and I've already enabled higher sensitivity under Settings, Display with my Screen protector on which has always worked for months (already replaced with the same model I originally had), I can't figure out what's going wrong.
I enabled Face Unlock but it doesn't quick work well with Samsung Wallet for debit payments. So I've disabled that. Updated PlayStore security update. I have the latest "August 2024" OneUI 6.1.1 security patch and UX installed.
I've rebooted my phone since disabling all and ripped off .y screen protector leaving me with nothing to protect my screen and still the fingerprint fails to even allow me to register it quits before I can even get my finger/thumb even recognized.
Update: as typing ans taking screenshot it appears to work again. This took hours later app afternoon.
