How can I restore my phone to the previous update. it seems after the last one, a very high noise has developed making impossible for me to start talking to the device.
Are you talking about a Firmware OTA update? Are you certain that the noise issue is related to the update or an app that you installed? You should be able to Download the Stock Samsung Firmware from sammobile.com and Flash it with Odin 3.12.3 - sammobile.com has the current and previous versions of the stock Samsung Firmware on their website.
But I really doubt that the Samsung OTA Update is responsible for your issue 🐧
