Hello,
As of recently I noticed my alarm won't sound, because of this I've gotten late to College once again. Last time I had to go back on the clock and turn the alarm volume all the way up and I haven't touched it since. This is really getting frustrating because I've been getting 1 or 2 hours late every other day.

Some suggestions:
a) Check to see if you have Do Not Disturb on a schedule that also includes Alarms.
b) Test the Alarm by setting it up for a couple of minutes from the current time and see if it is working.
c) Print this Post and take it to school with you 😉 lol

I've never used Do Not Disturb so it can't be that and tried setting the alarm from a couple minutes too but it just vibrates. I also saw a bunch of posts on Reddit with people having the same issue as me ever since the nougat update however this only started happening to me a couple weeks ago.

Hey @GKatz, as mentioned on our US forum, please try giving your app cache a clearing and then give your device a restart. You can then test to see if that's resolved the issue by setting an alarm to ring in the next couple minutes, as suggested by @shaggyskunk. If you're still having issues, I'd suggest installing a 3rd party alarm for the time being so you can get to school on time, and then bring your device into your local Samsung Service Center when you have a chance so that one of our reps can help you troubleshoot.
