Hello. In my phone file manager, I have a restriction that said " due to some restrictions, i can open the following files only on computer"

 Please, how can I deal with it ? Thanks for the answers.

Curious do you have an MDM security profile installed from work?!

If you've joined your phone to a work account for email contacts and calendar, it's possible you have an mdm profile installed.

Search settings for MDM and check with your work mobile team.

2. Did you buy your phone directly from your carrier or Samsung or grey market/after market (such as Kijiji etc)?

It's an open box. I just downloaded an app in app store, it helped me suppress the restrictions.

Are you trying to access the Android data folder? Because if you are that's the message you'll get when using My Files. You can get around this by Installing an app called "Files" from the Play Store.
