s-voice cannot find contacts app

I have set up my new s7 and have asked s-voice to text John. s-voice cannot find any contacts. what settings have to be enabled? s-voice can text message a number if I say the 10 digits. not sure what I accidently disabled. otherwise it seems to work OK, it wakes up just fine.

It might need assess to your contacts. Otherwise, I would bother with S-Voice. It's a pain to work with. It's probably easier to just text without it.
