Hi everyone! I've been having issues with my s10+ from the get go, my phone does not connect to my lte network whenever I would switch from a wifi network to data. I checked with my carrier and they tell me everything is good on their end, I also changed the sim card as well. I was hoping the update from today would fix this issue but it's still happening. I'm honestly sick and tired and have no idea what to do now. I've been to Samsung service centre and spoke with a number of customer service rep and well no resolution.

Hey, what sim company is it? And where is your location? Dont give me your exact location but a city/region name. Also under connection in settings, did you select HSPA/LTE?

Did you try putting the sim in another device with LTE and checking whether it's the network or the device that's the issue

Yes I did and it worked fine. The thing is the lte network issue is always intermetent. once I'm connected to it I won't any problem if I'm outside a wifi zone. its always like there's a clash between the wifi and and data network. everything works perfectly after i restart the phone though

enable mobile data always active under developer mode and let me know if that fixes the issue

Settings, software information, and tap build number several times to unlock developer menu. Go back and open dev menu and find always on mobile data
