On the back of the S10+ There are LEDS - Which are used to notify when Reverse Charging is on & happening.

Wondering why Samsung engineers didn't make use of the these for other Notifications - ie: Missed Calls - Texts - Emails etc?

Interesting & Confounding...

You can turn on Flash notification and you can use either the flashlight or the screen flashes, these are useful as well. You can find it in accessibility and advanced settings.

Yeah - But either of those use a lot more battery - I'm using Holey Light & it's pretty d*a*m*n good as an alternative to the LED - Samsung shouldn't have left it to independent Devs to provide an ongoing notification! Even using the LEDS on the back of the device would have at least been something...
There were rumours a couple of months ago that Samsung was "looking into" using the light ring around the selfie cameras for Notifications... but nothing yet... AND that's pretty bad IMHO..

I did a factory reset, and my phone now is a little better with its battery.
