S10 Lite touchscreen problems

Hey guys, I bought s10 lite three weeks ago. After I updated my phone for the first time (september update) it has several touchscreen issues like suddenly not responding and one part of screen doesnt or barely recognize touch(Can see on image). I tried safe mode and factory reset but it didnt help. Can I do something else or its time to visit service?
