I am using samsung phones for last 3 years and i was a happy customer till now. But, last week when i remove the case from my s10 the volume rocker came with it. I didn't face an issue like this from Samsung till now. I need the warrenty for this issue. it is the manufacturing problem that i am facing.
Might be a old thread but my s10 is having this very issue with the Bixby and power buttons now and it's been in a SAMSUNG CLEARVIEW case it's whole life. Pretty annoying to have the buttons fall off a phone that has nothing else wrong with it.
