Howdy, received my s20ultra over a week ago and everything is great, it was definitely I great upgrade over my dying zenfone 3. However, I've recently encountered an issue with the focus when zooming in at 10x 30x 100x. If I tap on the screen for the phone to focus on an item, the focus box will pop up at the top (camera hole) area of the screen and won't go where I tap at all.

It only acts like this when I'm on 10x 30x 100x, could this be fixed with an update down the line or could it be hardware?

I do have the latest camera update. 10.0.03.2

Try disabling the Tracking Autofocus inside the camera settings if it is enabled

Hi @ Elvis7,

I suggest you to do the clear cache of the camera app and try to update the phone software from settings. If the problem persists, reset camera settings and then verify the focus.

Did a screen record to show the issue, I kept tappi g on the roof's vent but as you can see, the focus box just jumps around even when holding the phone as still as possible. Does this on 10x 30x and 100x
