Galaxy SHello.
I installed the Samsung Mail app.
When I added a couple of my accounts, all went well, all notifications were detalied and with quick action buttons.
After I finished installing all my 15+ mail accounts, I started getting only short notifications in the tray, no buttons, no mail content, just the "1 more emails" line.
I've tried everything, turn on every switch, new mail, inside new mail, and every switch that is connected to notification is ON or on Detailed option, I do not know what to do.
Reinstalling is not an option, if I delete it, I will never reinstall it again. Restoring all accounts is too time-consuming.
Help please

Galaxy SI'm sure that you have your reasons, but 15 email accounts?
I use Gmail without any issues. It's possible that there's a limitation with Samsung's email app. It's also possible that it's a limitation of Android?
BUT, go to Settings > Notifications > Notification Pop Up Style, and if it's set to "Brief", change it to "detailed".
See if that works for you.

Galaxy SYeah, I have my reasons 😃
"BUT, go to Settings > Notifications > Notification Pop Up Style, and if it's set to "Brief", change it to "detailed". "
Tried that, no luck, it's on detailed from the start.
About limitations, in Blue Mail all this accounts works fine with detailed notifications.
I even can see in Notification History the detailed notification from Samsung Mail, right about until the middle point of my process, and then goes short ones.
