Galaxy SStart with Booting into Recovery & Wiping Cache.
If the issue continues, it's possible that there is an app(s) causing a conflict, which is causing the device to randomly Reboot. > Boot into Safe Mode and see if the issue continues?
If not, it's likely to be a 3rd party app creating the issue.. Uninstall recently downloaded apps.. unfortunately there's no simple way to determine which app(s).
Still have the problem > Backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.

Galaxy SHi simonboutch, we are sorry to hear that you are facing this issue after the update.
As said by RedDogRabbit, please try Booting into Recovery by Wiping Cache partition. If you wipe your cache partition, it removes any temporary files that may be causing issues with your device.
1. Hold the Power button and Volume Down to open the power options where choose the Power off.
2. When the screen goes dark press the Volume Up and Power keys together.
3. Let go of all held buttons when you see the Recovery mode on the screen.
4. Then you should select Wipe cache partition. Use Volume Up to navigate and the Power button to accept it.
5. Choose Yes and press the Power key to confirm that operation.
6. After that select Reboot system now with the Power key.
If nothing works as a last resort, please perform backup and factory reset the device by following the steps in the given links.
