Hi, we are sorry to hear that you're experiencing network connection issue on your Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Have you tried contacting your network provider to enquire about any known issues with the the signal in your area?

You can try powering off the device, removing the SIM clean it with a microfibre cloth and reinserting it and powering the device back on.

Furthermore, you can head to settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings, although please be aware that this will also reset your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings, so you'll have to re-register any routers or Bluetooth devices.

Thank you.

Hi YadavG, we are sorry to hear that your network issue is not resolved even after checking with your carrier and we appreciate your efforts while trying all the possible troubleshooting steps.

We recommend you to visit the nearest Samsung authorized service center and get the device examined by the service technician, so that they will check the device to know the root cause of the issue and assist you accordingly.

Thank you.

I'm in Alberta and having issues. I've done all the steps, worked with Bell and it's a phone issue. Google showed me its common since the last update. Samsung said mail it in or go to a service Centre but I'm 2 hours away from them and can't be without a phone, we don't have a landlines. This is beyond disappointing.
