[SUGGESTION] Accent colours?

Hello, community!

 I'm suggesting that we add accent colours to One UI. The accent colour could be applied to the quick menu, volume slider, and a few system icons, like in Linux Mint. It'll be customizable from a preset array of colours, and then a colour picker.
