When did Samsung change the Video Codex from H.264 to H.265?

This change has borked any new videos I transfer to any of my computers (W7, W10, Linux).

How do I change the Codex back?

Goto advanced recording options in camera settings and disable reduce file size

Hi, As suggested by SB99, Open Camera app >> Go to Camera Settings >> Tap on Advanced recording options >> Disable Reduce file size. Thank you SB99.
