S23 Ultra RAM Boost

Just received my S23 Ultra 512GB version, and I'm curious if anyone knows what's up with the RAM boost. This device was advertised as 12GB of RAM, however the device comes with 8GB of RAM boost by default. So is that on top of the 12GB or is it included in the 12GB?

Unless 12GB not enough for you. RAM Booster use your internal storage as a RAM. But Ultra has 12GB, I never need to turn it on.

It was turned on by default, I have 512GB of storage so losing a few to RAM boost isn't a huge deal. I was just curious :)

They might change the RAM Plus behaviour. My S22 Ultra default is turn off.

Interesting, I'm coming from a 2 year old device so the battery life so far has been incredible. But good to know that in a year or two I could turn off RAM boost if I find the battery isn't as good.

I don't know if it's a noticeable difference but i guess you have to test it out and see.
