S23Ultra System Security Update 8.15.24 Navigation issue

Since an update on Aug 15th, the button left hamburger menu button doesn't work.  I'm no longer able to switch between my open apps nor am I able to close all my apps. Anyone else having this issue?

In Settings > About Phone what is the model number of your device, ie:SM-xxxxx?

Only for me the last 2 apps open I can toggle to
