Is this normal? I'm not sure what this is but it's been like that since I unboxxed the phone and wiping the lens did not change anything. Im also noticing how blocking light with my hand can vastly change the quality and color of my photos

Even since the first day the phone would say try cleaning your lens out of the box. Even after wiping with micro fiber gently there is no change.

Did you remove the plastic shipping protector over the lens?

I pre ordered this phone so it's been a long time but I really don't remember anything being on lens. I will share photos of the lens.

Every new Samsung device that I have ever received had a clear plastic film on the phone's front, back, sides and the camera lenses.,, So just double check.

Hi mikoalyx,

Please check to ensure there’s no clear film or residue on the lens. Use a microfiber cloth and lens cleaner to gently clean the camera lens.

Try taking photos in varied lighting conditions and compare the results.

Use the camera in Pro Mode to see if manual adjustments (e.g., ISO, white balance) reduce the issue.

Thank you.
