I got an S24+ and noticed the volume is lower than my other Samsung phones in the past. Turns out it is lower, if the equalizer is set to anything but normal. Of course transferring my settings from my previous phone the lower volume was annoying as I custom set the equalizer. Found out only "normal" setting gives you the louder speaker volume.

Samsung please fix this bug. Allow us to tweak the bass/mids and highs without the volume dropping in loudness considerably.

This issue also exists on the S24 Ultra. Any setting on the equalizer but " normal" will have a low max volume.

Hey Now,

My brand new S24 plus same issue and my ringtone, notifications  and music cannot hear when texts are delivered.  Hey, cost me too much mullah ($$$) to be in possession of an inferior sound system on my phone. I have various music subscriptions ($$)  K, What’s up with that?  Let’s rally the design, software engineer and step up and fix this issue. Stand behind your product line.

Thank you!

PS The ringtone selection really needs more variety.😴
