Galaxy SHi RafMeng,
We are sorry to hear this issue and understand how important it is to multitask especially during video calls.
With the recent update to One UI 7, there appear to be some changes in how audio focus is handled by the system. This may be why you're no longer able to hear audio from Google Chrome while on a Facebook video call.
Check Separate App Sound Settings. Go to: Settings > Sounds and vibration > Separate app sound.
Here, you can try routing Chrome’s audio to a different output (e.g., Bluetooth headset or phone speaker), which may allow it to play alongside your Facebook call.
Please try opening the same video in Samsung Internet and check if the audio plays during the Facebook call.
To narrow down the issue, test whether the same problem occurs in the YouTube app or using another browser like Firefox or Edge. This helps identify if the issue is specific to Chrome or system-wide.
Please consider submitting a bug report to Samsung via the Samsung Members app:
Open Samsung Members. Tap + (feedback) > Error reports > Multimedia or Apps
Attach a screen recording or explain the steps you've tried so far to help the developers understand and resolve it in future updates.
