S24 ultra one ui 8 touch responsiveness

I am in Canada; I know we get updates later than the US. I'm on One UI 8. Sometimes when I click notifications, it doesn't register and therefore doesn't open them, and then sometimes it does. Is this a known bug? I doubt my screen is damaged because I'll click in a spot and then it won't open, and then I'll click in that same spot later on, and then it does open.

I feel bad constantly complaining about stuff on here. I love Samsung and I enjoy the products yet there's so many bugs its not even funny atp

Open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support, and Run the Diagnostics for your device, see if get any error messages for the Touch Screen. 

Also, if you're using a screen protector, you could try removing it and see if the issue continues?
