Galaxy SDid you try opening the Samsung Members app & Click on Support > Phone Diagnostics & run the Diagnostics for the Touch Screen, which is supposed to detect issues with Touch, but it might give you some ideas regarding the screen itself. You could also run ALL the Phone Diagnostics & see if you get any error messages?
Is there any issue with your device's connectivity, as often weak connectivity can be a cause of pixilation.
I had one Samsung device that had a Touch issue, and in my case, a Factory Reset corrected the issue for me.
If a Factory Reset works for you, it's definitely better than visiting a Samsung Service Centre.

Galaxy SHi jasmeet1, sorry to hear this issue on your S24 Ultra. Please check if there is any network issue. Sometimes it happens because there is poor signal strength.
If nothing works, then please perform back up and factory data reset on your device before visiting the Samsung authorized service center and check if it fixes the issue.
