S24 Ultra Quickshare failure

Quickshare after February 22 2024 update fails to receive files from other phones for my S24 Ultra

Phone needs to be restarted for it to work. However, even after restart, it will accept the first quick share, then fail to receive subsequent files.

I have cleared quickshare cache and cookies. Further, I have tested receiving files from 2 different S24s, same issue.

However my asus laptop running Quickshare is able to send files.

I am able to send files over Quickshare normally.
