S24FE can't make separate sounds for email accounts. Any advice?

I can't make a separate sounds for my email accounts, aalthough in the mail app it says you can in notifications. Also how to change ringtone for other app notifications? Like my S20?

Setting-App-Samsung email-notifications-notification categories, then you can set seperate sound for different email accounts.

If you're using the Samsung Email app: Open Samsung Email App. Tap the three-line menu. Tap Settings. Select the specific email account you want to customize. Look for the Notifications option. Choose Notification Sound and set a unique tone for that account.
