Since note 20, Samsung keeps removing things and charging more for it. 10x optical zoom gone...Bluetooth for pen gone, SD card gone. Crazy times we are living in when some people fork out 1500-2000 a year for a less phone. Sometimes depriving their family of other things. It is definitely an addiction for some. But this is one person's humble opinion that owned every note and s-note up to the S23 ultra. Now my update game begins only when the security support for my current phone ends.

Yup. Meanwhile they ignore obvious easy wins like allowing DeX on the inner display of the Fold - https://r1.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-z/dex-on-fold-s-inner-display/td-p/13827668

I know that I WAS going to buy the S25, but since the downgrade of the S-pen, I am thinking of switching to another company, obviously Samsung has lost its way.

Hi Sonofsam,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences with us. We appreciate your loyalty to the Galaxy Note series and understand your concerns about the changes in features and pricing over the years.

At Samsung, we’re continually working to innovate and enhance our products based on customer feedback, which sometimes means making tough decisions about features. We understand that changes can be frustrating, especially for long-time users like yourself.

Your insights are valuable, we certainly consider them and bring to our team for consideration.

"Customer feedback" didn't tell Samsung to remove the Bluetooth functionality of the S Pen. Hardly anyone knew it could even do it, which was compounded by Samsung releasing a number of "dumb" S Pens (like the ones for the Fold).

People not knowing about a feature is a Samsung marketing problem, not a user feedback problem.

Samsung let Canadians down, overpriced, no free storage upgrade like every other year, specs pretty much the same as the S24 series, and no Bluetooth for S-pen! Really Samsung???
