S24 Ultra Disappointment.

I was anxiously awaiting the Unpacked event on January 17th and ordered a S24 Ultra Titanium Blue 1TB before 3:00 PM the same day. On the website all variants of the S24 Ultra had an estimated delivery date of January 25th. May order went through the first two stages and stayed at preparing order. One January 24th I received an e-mail from "Boris Nikolov" stating "dur to high demand" my order would now ship in 3 to 4 weeks. Excuse me, there is no way there were that many orders ahead of my placing my order before 3:00 PM EST. 

Why pre-order something only to have it delivered after General delivery is available?

After receiving the e-mail from "Boris", I called Samsung Canada and cancelled the entire order. I will just wait for the S25 Ultra.

It's known as "selling the sizzle, without the steak". 

Probably the delay was a combination of the colour & the 1TB storage that you selected.

A number of others have already received their new S24 devices, and surprisingly had a much improved experience over previous years...

As @RedDogRabbit pointed out its definitely a combination of the colour and memory size, that being said Samsung should have a surplus of stock for all colours and memory size especially the day of the unpacked event.
Just my opinion of course and I certdont work for Samsung.

When I called customer service, they gave me the same garbage that was in the e-mail that the order would be shipped in 3 - 4 weeks. That is absolutely ridiculous when it was ordered less than an hour after the Unpacked event ended.
