My mother in law uses an S6, but during a good rain storm it accquired some water. She put the phone in rice and it turns on and seems to work fine other than the menu buttons are now flashing and the display brightness is all the way up but it's still pretty dim. Is this from the water? It's never done it before but I'm thinking either from the water or she set a weird notification thing. Any ideas? Thank you!!
