ever since the nougat update I've not been able to use my Samsung health, Samsung Pay, Knox and Samsung Internet without getting an error message telling me I cannot use the app because I have unauthorized software downloaded on the phone. health specifically says rooted device even.
so I called Samsung they sent me to a repair shop where he validated what I already had, my phone wasn't at all rooted. he also said he'd never seen this before and wasn't sure what happened but I'd need to pay $80 to diagnose it with Samsung's own software and that doesn't guarantee being able to fix it.
can anyone on here let me know if they've experienced this before too and solution or if you could give me ideas.
this happened to me earlier this year. it was because I flashed the nougat software using odin but did not add all the files. I reflashed it and add all the files and it solved the issue
