Galaxy SHi Gulf_,
Sorry to hear this issue from you. If the phone still functions normally when music is playing.
Boot into Safe Mode: This will help determine if a third-party app is causing the issue. Turn off your S7. Turn it back on, and as soon as the Samsung logo appears, press & hold the Volume Down button until the home screen appears.
If the phone wakes up normally in Safe Mode, then a third-party app is likely the issue. Uninstall recently added apps and restart normally.
Wipe Cache Partition Again, even though you tried this once, it might help to do it again:
Turn off your phone. Press & hold Volume Up + Home + Power button until you see the recovery menu. Navigate to "Wipe Cache Partition" using volume keys and confirm with the Power button. Restart the phone and check if the issue persists.
If Safe Mode & cache wiping don’t work, try a full reset. Please backup your data first before proceeding.

After resetting, set up the phone without restoring apps to see if the issue is gone.
Thank you.
