Hi.

I bought a cellphone. I received an email from Samsung approving the purchase and then I received another email where they canceled the purchase because they could not corroborate the information on the card.

My bank debited the value of the purchase.

I do not know what to do!!

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Most of the time the reason for the cancellation of the order is the mismatch of address or information. I suggest you contact the online shopping team. Hi Halston.

I have contacted the commercial support staff but they tell me to try another card, I have already tried 4 cards and I still have the same situation.
