Galaxy SI upgraded my phone with Rogers Canada because my Samsung Galaxy Note 10S, which I only had for less than 2 years, started having MAJOR issue with the battery after I did the update on July 21 2021. The phone would go from 100% to dead within 2 hours of sitting on my table not being used and after a week of this the phone will not even start or charge when it is connected to the charger.
That being said, when I went to Rogers and upgraded my phone to the Galaxy S21 Ultra I was told by the rep that I was eligible for a free chrome book. All I had to do is register my phone with Samsung, which I did, then under my offers I would find the ability to upload my purchase info to get my free chrome book. There was nothing, so I chatted online with chat support on Samsung, no help, I called Rogers and they told me to follow the steps that they had sent me in my email saying how to get the free chrome book, I already did those steps NO HELP. I sent and email to chromebookgwp@getconnected.ca which I did with my proof of purchase and have not received any reply or help.
My question is. Has anyone else had any of these issues and have you received any help and how?

Galaxy SI am not sure where I got the model code I registered with, but when I deleted it and used the model code you gave me it worked. I now had the option under my offers and have filled it out and sent the documents needed.
Thank you for your help. This was very frustrating.

Galaxy SI have reregistered my product countless times using this model number. Still hasn't worked. Of course when I go to try it again, I can't even load my account page and/or open up my registered products. Convenient that this offer expires today and I still am unable to redeem it. Anytime I call support all they tell me is to reregister my product and try again as apparently I must be doing it wrong. I literally cannot even access my account now. Seems to be a strange coincidence. This is the last sumsung I will purchase. I've had nothing but problems with these products from my personal devices straight down to my washer/dryer.
