Samsung Members app unable to be put into windowed mode

I'm noticing the Samsung Members app is unable to be put into windowed mode on my S24ultra🤔 is this a known issue or a bug that only I'm finding? I left an example in the photo of how I like to run Samsung Goals on the side, and found i can't with do the same with Members. The app crashes.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Currently, Samsung Members isn't optimized for windowed mode, which may be why it crashes when attempting to use it in Pop-Up View. Some system apps have restrictions on multi-window functionality for stability reasons.

To troubleshoot, try the following:
Ensure the app is updated via the Galaxy Store.
Clear cache & data: Settings > Apps > Samsung Members > Storage > Clear Cache & Data, then restart your phone. 

If you clear data for the Samsung Members app, it will reset the app to its default state.  After clearing data, simply reopen Samsung Members, sign in, and test if the issue persists.

Outstanding, thank you 🙏 worked perfectly by clearing the cache, without even having to restart the phone. However I understand restarting is important in these trouble shooting scenarios and will go through the full steps to avoid improperly compiled information 😇
