Samsung Moisture been Detected Fix!

I have this problem almost 2 days that my device detecting a moisture or water in my usb charging port i tried all kinds of thing to remove it. FYI i did'nt submerge my phone in any kind of liquid and also called the support about this but still nothing happen. I tried something that really works! 

Item Needed :

Your phone that has the same problem

A original samsung charger that has Fast Charging Capability.

1. TURN OFF YOUR PHONE (For a couple of minutes)

2. READY YOUR CHARGER

3. PRESS POWER BUTTON AND VOLUME DOWN at the same time. For 8 seconds( SAFE MODE )

4. AFTER YOU SEE THE LOGO PLUG IN YOUR CHARGER.

5. THE SAFE MODE WILL NOT RUN AND YOUR PHONE WILL BE TURN OFF. (DON"T WORRY)

6. YOU WILL SEE YOUR PHONE IS NOW CHARGING. (STILL ON FAST CHARGING).

This is just what i did thinking what will happen if i put safe mode + pluging the charger while loading

And im happy for the result that my device problem fixed.

Glad i can help works for me just wanna share what happen to my device. (S10 user) running on android 10 one ul 2.0v

Hope some support in the samsung can read this.

Now my device is okay no problem at all still fast charging no overheating what so ever.

Safety reminder always use the original charger of your device.

I did this and it removed the moisture detection error that has been on for a very long time. But it still won't charge. And when connected to the laptop, it's an unrecognizable device.

Try to clean your usb charging port if still persist try to go to the nearest samsung service center. Fyi dont insert the usb cable in charging port before pluging the charging adapter.

Thanks for your help. I can now charge through usb cable. Although there are times it's only cable charging - not fast charging. I think my charging port is defective because my laptop still won't recognize my phone.

I think you should troubleshoot it or do a factory reset in your device
