Samsung Pass stuck on fingerprint registration step on S24 Ultra

Hi,

I am unable to complete the setup of Galaxy Pass on my brand new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I am stuck on the Registration of my fingerprint step as you can see by the screenshot. I get no errors or timeouts. The screen just doesn't change and the progress circle keeps turning.

I also have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 ultra on which i've had no issues completing the setup of Galaxy Pass.

Isn't Samsung Pass Samsung Wallet now? Anyway, It may not be the problem but if you're trying to set it up on wifi, try it on mobile data and see. It happened on one of my phones in the past and turning off wifi did the trick. Again, you might have a different issue.

Forgot to say I already tried deleting the cache and the data from the Samsung Pass on the S24 Ultra

Isn't Samsung Pass Samsung Wallet now? Anyway, It may not be the problem but if you're trying to set it up on wifi, try it on mobile data and see. It happened on one of my phones in the past and turning off wifi did the trick. Again, you might have a different issue.

I still see them as separate apps and technically only Samsung Pass can be used to create a passkey for apps and/or save passwords...anyway 😄

All that to say that the mobile data trick was successful. I cannot believe that's an actual fix lol
