Hello 
I purchase  a  Samsung S20 ultra 512gb from Sasktel.
I have  problems  since  the  beginning that  after  updating in April and May my Phone  dropping out  from calls,
Losing  the network connection. I went  back to my cell phone provider  and  got  already  2 different phones last  one  4days  ago.
Now after  setting it  up as a brand new phone, new  sim card, recommended updates from Samsung same  problems  again.
I am quiet mad to pay $1800 CAD and  having this  issues.
Please  help or  redirect me  to help

Hi StafanCanada, That's a weird issue; I believe it might have something to do with your carrier's coverage that might result in those dropped calls. Since you said you didn't encounter this issue before an update, I think you should contact Samsung Canada Support through the Members app.

Samsung is aware of the symptoms related to the abnormal disconnection of data and call function and is scheduled to release new software to fix these symptoms. So please check for the device software updates regularly via firmware over the air FOTA or the smart switch PC.
Samsung encourages users to keep software and apps updated to the latest version.
