Samsung S7 keyboard problem

Recently I did factory setting . I added Farsi language to Samsung keyboard but when I go to turn on Farsi; it doesn't show up. It says checking for update and nothing happens. How can I solve this problem?

Hi BBAmir, I suggest you to reset the Samsung keyboard and try to add the preferred language again. To reset the Samsung keyboard, navigate to Settings >> Reset to default settings.

I did. still no farsi language that I added to Samsung keyboard. It doesn't show in on board keyboard, only I get 6 default language. Also why in manage keyboard samsung keyboard is off and can not be turned on?

Please see I have Farsi language, but it does'nt come up in languages to turn on, also in manage keyboard, Samsung keyboard is not available.

Hi BBAmir, When you get a pop-up keyboard, swipe left and right on the Space Bar to change the keyboard language, Could you please confirm if you are able to see this option?
