I have recently purchased s25 ultra and the camera has issues. It start flickering the moment I turn it on. The back camera!!.

I have been trying to get the device replaced as it is like thos out of the box. I contacted immediately when I got the device which is 25 days from the date I ordered. However they keep saying we will get back to you 3-5 business days or 1-2 business days. AFTER THAT Period I will contact and askk them what the update they will always like very sorry for inconvenience. And then same statement. 
I like samaung products but their customer service is super ridiculous.

Just like on here. Always lots of blabber about how they feel your pain. They don't get it that they aren't dealing with four year olds and that their customers just want an expedient and proper resolution of the problem.

Yes exactly and they just copy and paste the statements and their manager cannot even help in most cases so I have no hope from the other guys. This is where Apple is far ahead than samsung. My bad luck that I like their devices more

I got my S25 ultra replaced. Email the CEO at this email oop.seca@samsung.com this is the president office. Include your order number and all the details and mention the issue. Also include any case id that you received from customer service. within 48 hours you will get the replacement email with the new order number. They will send you purolator ground shipping. I paid out from my own pocket to make it expedited. Once they receive it if you didn't get the tracking number within 5 business days sent them the new email again on this CEO one. You will get the phone quicker.
Customer service is really bad i had to call them many times as well. But office of president is quick way coz your case will be managed straight by the higher office at samsung

Hopefully the camera issue gets fixed and the phone isn't resold as is. Some poor consumer buying an open box phone and may not notice the camera issue
