Hi theonecid, Samsung Time Zone Data is an app included on every Samsung smartphone, designed to set the correct time depending on where you are. Make sure that your phone is updated to the latest version. Then, reboot your phone and check the updates. Go to the Galaxy store/Play store app> Check for TimeZoneDataQ> Update the app.
Is this a joke? Do you not see in the post that the screenshot shows an error when "updating the app" aka it does not work. Edit: DaleJulian provided the solution
go to settings and then apps surch for time zone data then uninstall it then update it.. should work it'll probably say restart your phone i did everything and worked fine
