I have my screensaver set up for photos but the phone always changes it to colors overnight.   Also Dark mode doesn't turn off as scheduled.   Thanks.

Hi, We request you to follow these steps to check if you are following the correct steps or not ? 1.Head into your Settings > Display
2. Select Screensaver
3.Select your preferred Screensaver option
4.If you have selected either Photo Frame, Photo Table or Photos tap on setting
5.Select an album to be displayed on your screensaver
6.Once the screen has turned off when your device is on charge, you will be able to view your selected screensaver photos.
And you can check with restart your device if it doesn't work.
We will help you with more options.

Thanks. I reset all of my settings. I'm not sure if the permissions setting on Google photos was set correctly. It's not a setting I am use to (only while in app was selected). This was also happening in the Gallery app. I changed those settings as well. I had a Samsung Galaxy S8. Thanks for your help 👍.

Hi, please perform safe mode and verify if the problem is solved. To enter Safe Mode, please perform the following steps:

1.First, completely power off the phone.

2.Then, power on the phone and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold down the Volume down key.

3.If done correctly, "Safe Mode" will display on the bottom left corner of the screen. If "Safe Mode" does not appear, repeat the steps above.

4.Once you are in Safe Mode, you can remove the third-party app that is causing issues on your phone.

5.To exit Safe Mode, simply restart your phone and it will reboot normally.
