My S10 since the last update my telephone ringer keeps sliding back back to 0. I have missed several calls because I don't the phone ringing. I'll reset the volume and it will eventually slide back. Suggestions?
In settings you can make the side button change media volume instead of ringtone volume.
What kind of case do you have? Is it on right? I've had a few cases where you have to take the phone out and work the rubber a bit so it won't be so hard.
Change the up and down rocker to media... I'm guessing you keep turning it off or your case might be. Also make sure you don't have do not sure disturb on.
